Withdraw from contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after possession of the last item.

By submitting, you send a legally relevant withdrawal declaration. This does not automatically approve a return or complete a refund.

If you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Diminished Value of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical retail store.

Exceptions

Currently, we do not offer customised products or sealed hygiene/safety items that would be excluded from the right of withdrawal. If such products are offered in the future, any applicable legal exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
