Yes. If you need help with installation or fitment, feel free to send photos of your setup – we will assist with practical advice and solutions.

Every product is tested for function, durability, and fitment before release – both in dry tests and in real airsoft use. This ensures consistent performance and quality.

Airsoft receivers can vary slightly between manufacturers. Our parts are designed for a precise, play-free fit. If you experience tightness or looseness, we can assist with installation advice, adjustment tips, or replacement options.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the product. We will help you report the damage to the postal service and ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Our parts are made from high-performance engineering plastics such as ASA-CF or equivalent materials. They are UV-resistant, heat-stable, and mechanically durable, making them ideal for demanding airsoft use.

Because we produce in small batches, certain products may occasionally be out of stock.

For legal reasons, we are currently unable to ship orders to Germany. If this changes in the future, our shipping options will be updated accordingly.

Yes – an invoice will be automatically emailed to you after your purchase. Please note: As a small business under § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian UStG, no VAT is charged or displayed.
