Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern consumer purchases from Scho3dl. They are provided for general information and do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.

Last updated: October 2025

1. About Us (Trader Identification)

Business name (trade name): Scho3dl

Business address: Fabio Schödl, Bergstraße 45, 6122 Fritzens, Austria.

Email: support@scho3dl.com

Telephone: +43 676 6154195

Legal form: Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen)

Owner / authorised representative: Fabio Schödl

Company register (Firmenbuch): Not registered in the company register (Firmenbuch).

VAT ID (UID): Not applicable due to small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

We sell consumer goods (B2C only) via our online store. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, pyrotechnics, pressurized gases, lithium batteries, or complete airsoft guns. Our assortment focuses on airsoft-compatible parts and accessories (e.g., sight/visor protectors with rail mounts, lower receivers, rails/handguards, tooling, soft goods, etc.).

2. Scope & Contracting Parties

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all consumer purchases from our website (the “Site”).

We do not offer sales to businesses. If a business places an order, we may cancel it or require separate terms.

3. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of concluding contracts under your local law.

You agree to use products lawfully and in accordance with local regulations, including any location-specific restrictions on possession, installation, or use of airsoft-compatible parts and accessories.

We do not supply firearms or hazardous goods.

4. Product Information & Availability

Product images and descriptions serve for illustration. Minor deviations (e.g., finishes, packaging) are possible.

Availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and refund any payments received.

5. Prices, Taxes & Promotions

Prices shown to EU consumers are final prices. As a small business under § 6 (1) 27 Austrian UStG, no VAT is charged or displayed. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you place an order.

When we advertise a price reduction, we comply with applicable “lowest price in the last 30 days” rules.

We may correct manifest pricing or typographical errors; if you have already paid, you may cancel and obtain a refund.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These currently include card payments via Shopify Payments (using Shop Pay) with major card schemes (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay), digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), local payment methods such as Bancontact (Belgium) and EPS (Austria), as well as PayPal and, where available, Klarna pay-now and pay-later options.

The availability of specific payment methods may depend on your billing country, delivery country, currency, cart value, device or risk checks performed by the payment provider. Not all methods are available in all countries at all times.

No surcharges are applied for consumer card payments within the EEA where prohibited by law.

For card and wallet payments, processing is performed by Shopify Payments / Shop Pay. We do not receive or store your full card details; we only receive limited information necessary to confirm payment and fulfil your order.

If you choose Apple Pay or Google Pay, your relationship with Apple or Google is additionally governed by their respective wallet terms and conditions.

If you choose Klarna pay-now or pay-later options, Klarna Bank AB (publ) provides the payment service on its own terms. Any credit check and payment agreement is between you and Klarna. You must review and accept Klarna’s terms and privacy information during checkout.

If you choose PayPal, the payment is processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms; you may need a PayPal account depending on your selection.

Payment is generally due immediately upon checkout. For any invoicing or instalment options offered by third-party providers (such as Klarna), due dates and payment handling are determined by those providers and communicated to you directly.

Card and wallet payments may require Strong Customer Authentication (e.g., 3-D Secure) to comply with PSD2 and other regulatory requirements.

We may refuse or cancel orders, or limit quantities, in the event of suspected fraud, non-payment risk, or policy violations; you will be informed and refunded if payment has already been captured.

7. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

Technical steps: Add items to cart → proceed to checkout → enter shipping/billing details → review summary (price, shipping, any other charges) → place order by clicking the final confirmation button (e.g., “Pay now”, “Complete order” or an equivalent label shown by your chosen payment method).

Input error correction: You can review and amend data at each step before submitting the order.

Acknowledgement & acceptance: After submission, you receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. The contract is concluded when we accept the order (e.g., by a separate acceptance email or by shipping the goods).

Contract text storage: We store the contract text. It is provided via order confirmation email; registered customers can also access recent orders in their account area for a limited period.

Contract language: English. If a German translation is provided, the English version prevails in case of conflict.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Split Shipments

Dispatch time: typically within 1–3 business days after order acceptance and payment clearance.

Carrier: Österreichische Post (Austrian Post) or an equivalent service; tracking provided where available.

Delivery times depend on destination; any estimates shown at checkout are non-binding.

Delivery area: We deliver to EU countries except Germany. Access to our Site is not restricted by nationality or residence; customers outside our delivery area may order to a delivery address within the countries we ship to.

Split shipments: We may deliver in partial shipments at no extra cost to you (unless otherwise agreed).

Risk & title: For consumers, the risk of loss passes upon delivery to you or a person you designate. Title remains with us until full payment (retention of title).

9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods (or, for split deliveries, the last good).

Current exclusions: We do not offer customized or sealed hygiene/safety items that would be excluded. If such items are offered in the future, legal exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return shipping: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Value loss: You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (i.e., more than you would reasonably do in a shop).

How to withdraw: Make a clear statement by email, including your order number, name, address, and the items you are returning.

10. Returns Procedure

Please initiate returns via our support channel so we can provide return instructions.

Send returns without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Keep proof of postage.

11. Legal Warranty (Gewährleistung) & Remedies

Your statutory rights under Austrian law remain unaffected. For consumer purchases of goods, the legal warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

A defect that becomes apparent within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect.

If goods are non-conforming, you may request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, or cannot be effected within a reasonable period, you may request a price reduction or rescind the contract where conditions are met.

Any commercial guarantees beyond statutory rights apply only if explicitly stated with the product and do not affect your legal rights. We currently do not offer additional guarantees.

12. Safety & Lawful Use

Our products are airsoft-compatible parts and accessories and are not firearms.

Installation should follow manufacturer instructions; for structural parts, we recommend qualified installation.

You are responsible for ensuring that possession, installation, and use are lawful in your location (e.g., field rules, local restrictions). Always use appropriate eye/face protection where relevant.

13. Accounts, Security & Fraud Prevention

You may checkout as a guest or via a customer account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us in case of suspected misuse.

We may perform anti-fraud checks and cancel orders on justified suspicion (with refund if payment was captured).

14. Intellectual Property & Site Use

All content (texts, graphics, logos, photos) is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, scrape, or use automated systems to extract or reuse substantial parts of the Site without our prior written consent.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, lockouts, carrier or customs delays, regulatory holds, natural disasters, power/telecom failures).

16. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence and for injuries to life, body, or health in accordance with mandatory law.

Otherwise, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for slight negligence. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights (including warranty).

17. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) & ODR

We do not make a general commitment to participate in ADR proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.

In the event of a dispute, we will inform you on a durable medium about the competent ADR body and whether we will participate on a case-by-case basis, as required by Austrian law.

Note: The EU ODR platform has been discontinued; we therefore do not provide an ODR link.

18. Governing Law & Venue (Consumers)

These T&C and any purchase contracts are governed by Austrian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EEA.

You may bring claims in the courts of your habitual residence. The same applies to our claims where required by EU law.

19. Changes to These T&C

We may update these T&C from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

Material changes will be indicated on this page.
