Scho3dl ships to all EU member states except Germany. Due to national regulations restricting the import of airsoft accessories, we are currently unable to deliver orders to Germany. We are actively exploring a solution to make shipping available there in the future. All other EU destinations remain fully supported.
- Dispatch timeline Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
- Trusted carriers Our primary logistics partner is Austrian Post (Österreichische Post). For certain regions, we may use their premium EU network to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
- Duties & VAT For EU customers, prices are final. As a small business under § 6 (1) 27 Austrian UStG, no VAT is charged or displayed. There are no customs duties on delivery within the EU — your parcel arrives ready to open.
- Packaging Every order ships in discreet, secure, and well-padded boxes to ensure your components arrive safely.
